Locking out out of state transactions

Every year I have to call and have an outlet of state transactions for my storage unit. This is the 1st time I've had them give my the run around. Wisely keeps saying it's my address or zip code that doesn't match, but everything is correct on both ends, and they will not unlock the out-of-state lock, so I can pay my storage. I am now currently looking for a real bank

I would like the right people to know my awful experience with Wisely Pay.

When attempting to get the money from the card to my bank account I was hit with numerous roadblocks. First off, when I signed up to make an account it never asked for my email meaning I was unable to two factor authenticate my account.

Second it didnt ask for my phone number, instead it already had a phone number filled out for me, a number I do not recognize and was only allowed to view the last 4 digits. Wisely Pay would not let me make changes to my account (email or phone number) without sending a text message code to that strange phone number. Once my initial log-in was used to sign up I was no longer allowed to sign in without using the code being sent to a number that isnt mine. Below I attached a screen grab.

There is no online portal for chat or written complaints to the company.

Just a phone number with an offshore IT department. I called 6 (SIX) different times trying to get connected to an agent. Once they answered they said How may I help you? No name, or business stated.

I said Hi I would like to update my contact info for account verification. They hung up on me six different times immediately after I stated my request. Another Red Flag. At this point I am in tears left without an option to access my money.

My solution was to pay 3% fee to via Venmo to send the balance to someone trusted and have it sent back to me to have it finally deposited. Leaving me with 17% of my income that was already taxed at 25%. Hence the tears.

Why could I have not been sent a check? The time was taken to print and send me a paystub-- a check would have got me my money in a way I trusted and would have been faster.

A check would have eliminated the cost of third party. I am greatly concerned that I am now at risk of yet another data breach by my social security number being given to a company with insecure credentials and business practices

i have had someone make at least 15 transactions on my card. I filed a dispute and a few weeks later i got 15 emails saying that each one was deposited back into my account.

I went online and they were not there. I called wisely and they said it was a computer crash that caused the emails to come to me and that the investigation is not over. I asked for supervisor, got hung up on. Called back and hit number corresponding to disputes and after i put my information in, I got hung up on 4 more times.

The next time, I hit a different number and someone answered (how odd).

I asked her to speak to a supervisor and she said they weren't available and then she hung up on me. Great customer service they have when you card has been hacked, which could have only came from their company because I have not used the card anywhere.

Withholding my refund

Conflicting stories. One day they verify my refund. Then the next they say it was never deposited. I have the last 4 of the card and all details. But i never received the money in my account. Is like to be emailed the account details of card in question so i can forward it to my attorney. Thank you and have a great day

Wisely by ADP - Account problems
I am not able to create an account for my credit card bc there is an alert that says This account has been locked. Please call the number on the back of your card to speak to an agent. once I enter all my information. I already spoke with 3 agents, I upload all the documentation and I received a email that said my documents have been updated and I continue not being able to create my account.

Customer service issues

I had to cancel my card and get a new card due to a disputed charge. I called customer service twice and spoke with a supervisor. All I needed was a verification email stating my canceled card had Been canceled and was told repeatedly and in a rude manner that they could not perform the simplest of tasks. This customer service is the worst of the bottom feeders.

Customer service finally admitted today (2.5 weeks later) that no cards had ever been sent. Supposedly they sent one that will take 7-10 business days to overnight. And per the tracking that they gave me for the overnighted card they supposedly sent out a week ago, UPS...

My employer uses ADP and prefers us to use the mywisely card for direct deposit. My account has been hacked into twice now and the first time, the customer service reps overnighted me a card and i got it the next day.

This time though, my account was hacked on 9/15/2023. The off-shore customer support/mgmt refuses to unlock my account or send me a card, so now all my paychecks are sitting in there and I cannot withdrawal any of the money including the funds that have been reversed for being illegally withdrawn/used by some customer from some company in China that I have never heard of (significant home).
And while I have since reopened an account with another traditional bank to have payroll deposited into, I can only see my money, not have it!! I have a lot of money in this account that the wisely customer service reps refuse to unlock so i can go withdrawal it to cash.
I think they are just downright shady and bordering on money laundering at this point.

Buyer beware. Stay away as their customer service, security, and policies are shady and scammy.

Well, when you lose your card you don’t have your 16 digit card number, so how are you supposed to enter it if you lost your card

When you lose your card and your call wisely to tell them or see what they can do you dont have your 16 card and 16 digit card number to enter to tell them you lost it so whats the reason for that *** so I have a lost card somewhere I dont know anybody to be using it and I cant stop them because I cant get a hold of nobody. For some reason my password doesnt work for the online account.

I was born in South Carolina on a farm and a Midwife delivered me growing up i have always known my birthday to be June 24th when I sent for my birth certificate it has June 23rd. I use both i explained to the terrible customer service they locked my card. I called and I gave them June 23rd they still are giving me the run around. The company needs to be shut down they are useless.

My card should not be closed Because I had a leftover balance on it

I got a hold of the customer service line, and the gentleman who was talking with me, did not help at all I could barely even understand what he was saying because he had a thick accent, and I just feel like my card being closed out of nowhere isnt right at all especially if I had a leftover balance of $18.05 Like Im literally pissed off about it and Im surprised I havent cussed anybody out, which Im proud of myself for.
