Language barrier

Called to request a different card. The person on the other end misunderstood me and locked my account, leaving my money stuck in a locked account that I cannot access. Money cannot be transferred out, debit card is inactive. Tried to call back and explain the error and kept getting the same response without any resolution.

If your company gave you this card it's because they're spiteful and wanted to cost you money. The card isn't accepted by any legitimate company, so if you have real adult bills to pay, good frickin luck. You can't link any real bank accounts to it to transfer money, instead you have to go on a run around to withdraw the cash then to deposit it in your bank. Useless. Absolutely useless.

I went to ALLpoint atm machine on 10/31/2023 to withdraw 240.00 from my wisely account and the machine did not dispensed the money.I call wisely and let them know that the money was not dispense out to me. I also call allpoint customer service number and let them know about what happen.

They seen on there end that the money was not dispensed and reverse the money back to my account. Now wisely is telling me they do not see it which i know they are lying to me. So wisely sent me a dispute letter to fill out. So i done that and also sent the atm receipt that the machine printed out saying withdrawn 240.00 dispence $0.00.

But now Wisely is giving the run around about my money this is so wrong on so many levels. I work hard for my money for someone to be taking it from me. I am very pissed right about now.

That money is for a bill that i had to pay. I recommend people to stay far away from them

I've locked out of my mobile app and email

All right on my wisely debit card my number is rubbed off the back of the card and I can't read them so I need my card number and I'm locked out of my mobile app so in order to get in my mobile app I need my card number thank you

$300.00 was taken from my card at a location that was not me. The card was in my possession & never used for any transactions I was told November 17th a decision would be made. I do not want a decision I want my money!!!

This is a POS Company. I have been trying to get almost $7,000, They Finally, Let 1900 of that back in March 2024.

This happened back in March of 2023.

It is now June 2024. Anyhow, I will repost this again with more details.

Dispute

There were over 1000. In fraudulent charges on my account.

I locked my card and called wisely to cancel my card. They sent me a new card and in the meantime they came up with a listing of all of the fraudulent charges. They put 500. Back on my account which is half of the charges, sent me out a denial and a list of the other half of charges they decided weren't fraudulent.

Problem is the domain is exact same as on the ones they did reimburse me for. So they simply refuse to apply the rest to my account because they said they weren't fraud. (But the same domain, address, etc.). I then sent a letter asking for the paperwork they based their decision on.

I called to inquire when I would receive the paperwork and agent said 10 days.

He had no record of having received my letter asking for the paperwork. I sent it requiring their signature on receipt so now more work and time for me to get something which normally should have been taken care of on day one.

Locking out out of state transactions

Every year I have to call and have an outlet of state transactions for my storage unit. This is the 1st time I've had them give my the run around. Wisely keeps saying it's my address or zip code that doesn't match, but everything is correct on both ends, and they will not unlock the out-of-state lock, so I can pay my storage. I am now currently looking for a real bank

I would like the right people to know my awful experience with Wisely Pay.

When attempting to get the money from the card to my bank account I was hit with numerous roadblocks. First off, when I signed up to make an account it never asked for my email meaning I was unable to two factor authenticate my account.

Second it didnt ask for my phone number, instead it already had a phone number filled out for me, a number I do not recognize and was only allowed to view the last 4 digits. Wisely Pay would not let me make changes to my account (email or phone number) without sending a text message code to that strange phone number. Once my initial log-in was used to sign up I was no longer allowed to sign in without using the code being sent to a number that isnt mine. Below I attached a screen grab.

There is no online portal for chat or written complaints to the company.

Just a phone number with an offshore IT department. I called 6 (SIX) different times trying to get connected to an agent. Once they answered they said How may I help you? No name, or business stated.

I said Hi I would like to update my contact info for account verification. They hung up on me six different times immediately after I stated my request. Another Red Flag. At this point I am in tears left without an option to access my money.

My solution was to pay 3% fee to via Venmo to send the balance to someone trusted and have it sent back to me to have it finally deposited. Leaving me with 17% of my income that was already taxed at 25%. Hence the tears.

Why could I have not been sent a check? The time was taken to print and send me a paystub-- a check would have got me my money in a way I trusted and would have been faster.

A check would have eliminated the cost of third party. I am greatly concerned that I am now at risk of yet another data breach by my social security number being given to a company with insecure credentials and business practices

i have had someone make at least 15 transactions on my card. I filed a dispute and a few weeks later i got 15 emails saying that each one was deposited back into my account.

I went online and they were not there. I called wisely and they said it was a computer crash that caused the emails to come to me and that the investigation is not over. I asked for supervisor, got hung up on. Called back and hit number corresponding to disputes and after i put my information in, I got hung up on 4 more times.

The next time, I hit a different number and someone answered (how odd).

I asked her to speak to a supervisor and she said they weren't available and then she hung up on me. Great customer service they have when you card has been hacked, which could have only came from their company because I have not used the card anywhere.

Conflicting stories. One day they verify my refund. Then the next they say it was never deposited. I have the last 4 of the card and all details. But i never received the money in my account. Account problems

Wisely by ADP - Account problems
I am not able to create an account for my credit card bc there is an alert that says This account has been locked. Please call the number on the back of your card to speak to an agent. once I enter all my information. I already spoke with 3 agents, I upload all the documentation and I received a email that said my documents have been updated and I continue not being able to create my account.
