Be careful with your account. If anyone steals your information, cards, checks etc adp will gladly give it to them
So I called and canceled the card and informed wisely that my card was stolen. Then I looked in my emails, and they used it at game rooms and smoke shops, so I disputed all of them, $118.32 worth. So I filed all the papers, signed all the papers, and was still complaining because even after canceling the card, they were still trying to use it. Now it's Oct 2nd, I called, and they stated they needed to verify my identity with my license and social security card, so I emailed them that.
The following week, I called again; they requested verification, so I sent it three more times. I called again a week later, and they kept saying 72 hours. So I called on Oct 14th; they said I would get my funds by the 16th, so I called yesterday and the rep said at the end of the business day but told me I didn't have to keep calling. I couldn't help but curse him out.
It's my money; why the halibut wouldn't I call? So I called today, and they tell me I'm not getting my money back. So a thief can steal your money in hours and leave you on the streets, and wisely takes weeks to investigate then tell you they gave them your money because you're not getting back what was stolen. I'm livid at this point.
I'm smoking mad. Who the heck can I speak to that could help me?

I have not gotten my paycheck in over 9 weeks now. Someone is accessing my account and taking my money for e-gift cards.
I have absolutely no idea what that is. Now I'm locked out of the app and my account because that person has changed my information. I need to pay my rent and stuff before I get kicked out on the street. They changed my number.
When I call, the people act like it's my fault or something; they won't help me at all.
Please help me. They changed my password, so I can't access my account.

How do utility company I use accidentally double charge my card. They literally told me that it would be quicker to dispute it with your bank because they were gonna have to open a ticket and it would take a long time.
They said it should be no problem your bank normally refunds the money right away and when they come to us with the dispute, we wont fight it of course. Well a week after I file the dispute I was talking to my utility company about something else and I saw that the credit on my account had disappeared. They said thats because the dispute came through and they return the money to my financial institution. Which is wisely unfortunately.
Wisely claiming that they have not received the money and are still investigating it. Investigating what? They already gave you the money. I think theyre so used to cheating people by saying that they couldnt verify the charge that when a situation arises where you know the company and they were working with you to dispute it.
Theyre not expecting that company to advise you that theyve already refunded your money. There should be no more investigating and I certainly shouldnt be having to wait 45 days for my money back. They dont offer any credits like most banks do while they investigate. Which means basically in order to use them.
Youre taking a risk of just losing your money at any moment and they wont do anything to help.
In fact, they hold your money once it is refunded by the company. I will be closing my account and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved within the next seven days

Horrible company
- - Money was taken in March; a recovery claim needed a signed paper.

I got money taken from my account in March. Called right away to get everything canceled.
They set me up with a claim to get the money back, just needed to sign the papers when they came in. They did not tell me that they would be arriving on my deadline to send them back. I had to email them a picture of it so they would keep my claim open. The customer service is absolutely trash.
They do not care the slightest. After waiting almost 4 months they have denied my claim and won't even tell me why. I have emailed them, but they never wrote back to me.
Please do not trust your money with this company. If your account gets hacked they will not help you.

So I've been trying to get my money off of my account. They keep coming up with excuse after excuse as to why I can't get it.
Made me verify my identity, took 3 days just to change my number. So when I got the number changed, they changed it to some random number, then made me verify my identity again. So a week and a half later the number gets changed to the right number.
Then they lock my card, and it takes them 5 days to even have one mailed out. Then it will take 7-10 days to get my card, so they played me for a whole month doing everything they could to keep my money.

THE ADDRESS USED WAS 705 PHILADELPHIA PIKE WILMINGTON, DELAWARE WHICK WAS AN ERA COLE REALTY NOT A PNC BANK ATM. I HAD CORPORATE SEND DOCUMENTATION STATING AT THE TIME OFTHE FRAUD I WAS WORKING AT A 24HR PROGRAM FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN AS THE ONLY STAFF ON DUTY. STILL WAS DENIED AGAIN WITHOUT ANOTHER INVESTIGATION. GAUDENZIA SENT DOCUMENTS PROVING THIS STATUS WITH TIMECARD THRU ADP.
STILL WAS DENIED. SO NOW I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THIS WISELY CARD AS WELL AS THE APP ITSELF.
WISELY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT SENDING THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AS WELL AS THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THAT ACCOUNT. HERES MY EMAIL PCHURCH@***.ORG 302-547-**** PLEASE I NEED HELP FOR RESOLUTION IN THIS MATTER.

I found fraud, reported it. My new card was supposed to be here in 7-10 business days.
I called again because the card did not arrive on the 10th day. I called again and was given Express within 1-2 business days, FedEx tracking said it was out for delivery since 6:53 am, due by 8 pm. Still no card. I call FedEx, they are not delivering my card until Monday.
Call back because now I finally have the 1st card. Can't activate that. The representative also said that I went to the ATM... NOT TRUE!!
During this situation I have NOT been to the ATM.
In this entire ball of confusion, 2 paychecks have been deposited, and I have NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY. If it weren't for the job I wouldn't be a customer and based on the hostage situation with the money I have earned all month I will NEVER be associated with this bootleg *** company again!

BEWARE Fraud of the highest level. Absolutely zero transparency on the total theft of all my government issued funds.
No follow up, rude and unprofessional behavior.
Now they are sending me "sales notices that they are available to deposit my paychecks online". Yeah right, I'd trust them again, NOT.
I have been with Wisely for 3 years. This month, our phones were ported off of the server at Consumer Cellular without our knowledge.
This epic *** was discovered when I presented my Wisely card for groceries. Wisely has denied my claim with no reasoning on their part and has been unsuccessful in closing this account, or replacing the card.
Caution, they are not paying for the funds stolen from my account. I guess they pick and choose what they want to insure.

My card is delayed, and as a result, my salary is stuck in my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Im also concerned that my second deposit will be inaccessible due to the card being late or possibly lost in the mail.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, customer service signed me up for a new account, which has a zero balance and cannot be used as an alternative to the original account I still cant access. No funds can be transferred between the accounts, so I dont understand the purpose of creating it.
The customer service, outsourced to Asia, follows strict scripts and is unable to escalate the matter to someone more knowledgeable.
Im currently in the Hurricane Milton zone and do not have money for basic needs like gas and food. Choosing this service has been a huge mistake.

I wanted to find out if a representative could look in my file and find out if my employer set up direct deposit so I can start getting my paycheck on my Wisely card. But the woman said she has no way of knowing that so she told me to ask my employer directly. So when I go to work tomorrow I will ask them.
