IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM THAT RATING
GAUDENZIA CORPORATE OFFICE SENT DOCUMENTATION AND STILL WISELY NOR ADP RESPONDED TO THIS ISSUE OF FRAUD
UNRESOLVED 30DAYS LATER AT THIS TIME
THE ADDRESS USED WAS 705 PHILADELPHIA PIKE WILMINGTON, DELAWARE WHICK WAS AN ERA COLE REALTY NOT A PNC BANK ATM. I HAD CORPORATE SEND DOCUMENTATION STATING AT THE TIME OFTHE FRAUD I WAS WORKING AT A 24HR PROGRAM FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN AS THE ONLY STAFF ON DUTY. STILL WAS DENIED AGAIN WITHOUT ANOTHER INVESTIGATION. GAUDENZIA SENT DOCUMENTS PROVING THIS STATUS WITH TIMECARD THRU ADP.
STILL WAS DENIED. SO NOW I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THIS WISELY CARD AS WELL AS THE APP ITSELF.
WISELY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT SENDING THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AS WELL AS THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THAT ACCOUNT. HERES MY EMAIL PCHURCH@***.ORG 302-547-**** PLEASE I NEED HELP FOR RESOLUTION IN THIS MATTER.

I found fraud, reported it. My new card was supposed to be here in 7-10 business days.
I called again because the card did not arrive on the 10th day. I called again and was given Express within 1-2 business days, FedEx tracking said it was out for delivery since 6:53 am, due by 8 pm. Still no card. I call FedEx, they are not delivering my card until Monday.
Call back because now I finally have the 1st card. Can't activate that. The representative also said that I went to the ATM... NOT TRUE!!
During this situation I have NOT been to the ATM.
In this entire ball of confusion, 2 paychecks have been deposited, and I have NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY. If it weren't for the job I wouldn't be a customer and based on the hostage situation with the money I have earned all month I will NEVER be associated with this bootleg *** company again!
Preferred solution: Act like you now what to do with an account without a card... I should've been able to transfer my money out, without a card.

I have been with Wisely for 3 years. This month, our phones were ported off of the server at Consumer Cellular without our knowledge.
This epic *** was discovered when I presented my Wisely card for groceries. Wisely has denied my claim with no reasoning on their part and has been unsuccessful in closing this account, or replacing the card.
Caution, they are not paying for the funds stolen from my account. I guess they pick and choose what they want to insure.

Verified ReviewerUnauthorized transactions more than 4 hours away while using card and denied my funds replaced and no one to properly communicate over 400 denied of unauthorized transactions
Over 400 dollars of my money were illegally used, and when I called to dispute it, I was denied. I explained to them that here in Connecticut, people who used Walmart and other locations were being hacked by POS machines. I was told to redo a claim that was never investigated.

$167 was removed from my account. I asked Wisely to investigate, and they told me that the transaction was denied. However, I never received any letter in the mailbox or any information regarding the situation, and I was never refunded the $167.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I was disconnected three times by customer support without receiving a call back.
My card is delayed, and as a result, my salary is stuck in my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Im also concerned that my second deposit will be inaccessible due to the card being late or possibly lost in the mail.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, customer service signed me up for a new account, which has a zero balance and cannot be used as an alternative to the original account I still cant access. No funds can be transferred between the accounts, so I dont understand the purpose of creating it.
The customer service, outsourced to Asia, follows strict scripts and is unable to escalate the matter to someone more knowledgeable.
Im currently in the Hurricane Milton zone and do not have money for basic needs like gas and food. Choosing this service has been a huge mistake.

I wanted to find out if a representative could look in my file and find out if my employer set up direct deposit so I can start getting my paycheck on my Wisely card. But the woman said she has no way of knowing that so she told me to ask my employer directly. So when I go to work tomorrow I will ask them.
Billed for account never activated
I sent Wisely an email letting them know this account had never been activated and was closed. The "Pissed Consumer" from Wisely replied to email that same day and refunded my money without hesitation.

Today, I called to authorize a check. I gave 4 SSN, DOB, full name, 16 numbers.
The lady heard my kids talking and stopped to ask who they were, even requesting their names for security. Oh, I can't believe she said that they're not included... who are they? Their names?
And she blocked my card. The funny part is, when I called again, another representative was with me. They didn't give the correct names.
Looking like they were Indian as we know are smart, but these are very clumsy. They are the worst customers ever.

I did multiple charge backs last year when my phone got stolen twice that someone did through cashapp using my phone. It totaled over $3500 then I accidentally paid someone extra money because wisely kept freezing my charges and I could t too if my charges went through.
Wisely paid me part of the duplicate charges then closed my acct and when I called they said I was no longer a good fit to use there services. Beware of this company did I mention they stopped letting me have online access and wouldnt reset my online password due to identity verification. I got married and had then switch my acct name but my id still shows my married name. When I used the same info to verify my id as I used to change my last name on my act with them they said they couldnt verify my identity.
So they can change my last name on their acct with the same documents but not let me look at my online acct.
somethings shady just like my checks still come in my prior last name. Dont use WiselyPay!!

Do not use my wisely you get hacked and they don't want to give you your money back. No body speaks English so no wonder they get hacked your stuff is not secure and they are horrible do not I repeat do not get my wisely if your business uses them get an actual checking account they are horrible and yeah they have no managers on duty or have a corporate number to share that's crazy having to wait 48 hours for corporate to call they are horrible I'd give them 0 stars if it allowed me to

It’s still ongoing
Now that I actually need to use my card, all of a sudden it's locked. I called them to see if they could unlock my card. They are telling me I have to wait two days for my card to be unlocked. I waited and called back.
When I called back, they told me that there was a faulty transaction of $200 in Montana. I live in Florida, they told me to wait two more days. I got frustrated but I still waited. Here we are, a week later, and I'm still having issues with them.
The supervisor is telling me that the agent who is working is under investigation. So apparently this person has the same transactions with the same amount in other people's accounts. Now because of her actions, I have to wait longer. And I have bills and rent to pay and this should not be my problem.
This is insane that they just hire people who don't have any experience in working at all.
If this issue is not resolved, I am definitely getting a lawyer about this! And I'm closing the account.

Please call me. I have a dispute over a year old that's still not resolved for over $3k from when I lost my phone twice, then a recent one that they credited me for last night and then today took part of the money back.
Now I'm told they will send me a check. I travel for work; I'm never home.
Sending me a check doesn't work; that's why I have this kind of account. I want my money and not in a check.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Not resolved
They looked in to it and found after 45 days they said that there was no evidence, so I called them to request there findings And how they came there findings and. Requested every thing from the infestation. Just wanting the facts being never authorized the purchase? I have requested all they used to come to their decision.
I have written letters requesting the report, left an email. Not sure why keep getting hung up on. After ask for an address. After I ask them too I Asked them to repeat address, so I can get the request for documents had 2 different addresses i need some answers.
It seems you're a good customer as long as you don't file a dispute. This is not customer friendly This how people close accounts.
If you can get me the correct Address so i can request the all paper work pertaining to my findings of my dispute.I really Hope we can get this resolved Soon. Not pisst but very disapounted.
