You can also add your Wisely Pay card to your mobile wallet. You can pay with a single touch anywhere Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay is accepted.

According to the Wisely faq section, the pending transaction is the amount of money that has been set aside for purchases made with your card but has not yet been collected by the merchant. You should be able to view the history of all transactions in the Wisely app.
